This is an unrefined, organic grade Cocoa butter. We source our Cocoa butter direct from Ghana, in West Africa, so you are assured of a higher quality. Natural Cocoa Butter has a pleasant 'chocolaty' aroma and would melt on the tongue when taste tested. Use this as a test for pure quality. This is what you get with our product.
So that we reduce our carbon footprint, our organic butter is supplied in re-sealable food grade bags. This also gives you the added assurance that we have not tampered with the product (by melting in order to fit in a pot). We present it to you in its fresh, cold pressed, solid state.
