Our authentic black soap may be used as a facial cleanser to help prevent early signs of aging such as wrinkles. Amitata Black Soap double, conveniently, also, as a natural hair treatment /shampoo.
Although not the most aesthetically looking soap, it is probably the one-stop solution to attaining a naturally beautiful complexion, healtheir hair and scalp.
It's dark colour is as a result of reaction between its natural ingredients - Distilled Water, Potash with Organic Oils.
Ingredients are 100% free from lye, charcoal, artificial fragrance or animal products. This renders it perfect for all skin types and vegan friendly too. It is a natural source of vitamins A & E and iron.
Although free from artificial flavours, Amitata black soap has a lovely mild smell and a creamy lather which allows you to have a deep clean each time. African Black Soap is also known to keeps skin soft and moisturised.
Suggested Usage
May be used for facial wash or hair wash. Just add warm water to the container with the black soap. Leave to stand for a little while, to allow the soap to dissolve. You may add your favourite essential oil, then stir to combine. It is now ready to use.
Dip fingers in the solution and rub on face until evenly spread.
Leave on for about 5 minutes to work the skin and to remove impurities.
Then rinse soap off face.
Apply Amitata Nourish & Rejuvenate Butter-Cream or your favourite moisturiser.
