Now with Zinc for Enhanced Sun protection!

This is an ultimate blend of oils and organic butters, aimed at ensuring that your hands remain moisturised , even after washing.

Amitata Nourishing hand butter is homemade & handmade by me, from whipped Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil. Our Shea and Cocoa butters are ethically sourced from Ghana, hence the name Amitata. Amitata is the traditional name given to this nourishing butter mix by people of my native Ewe tribe in Ghana.

This creamy but light mix is particularly suited for your hands, nails and cuticles. It can be used as an everyday hand care butter, especially when on-the-go. For best results, use when hand is slightly damp.

I usually keep a tub each near the kitchen or bathroom sinks, for ease of use after each hand or dish washing session.

If your work involves regularly dipping your hands in and out of water, such as in window cleaning, you would greatly benefit from the restorative nature of this nourishing hand cream/butter.

Used on their own, the usefulness of Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Coconut oil are very well known. Thus a blend of this trio of organic ingredients, which characterises our Amitata products, helps to maximise the benefits for hand and nails, especially.
